CUPERTINO, Calif. – January 30, 2012 – Alliacense today announced that Xilinx Corporation has purchased a Fast Logic™ Portfolio license from The TPL Group. The agreement resolves the patent infringement lawsuit filed by The TPL Group against Xilinx. TPL filed suit against Xilinx and 17 other companies in the US District Court for the District of Delaware in September. Xilinx joins more than 20 other global electronics leaders, including Samsung, Broadcom, Philips Freescale and Nvidia.
