Panasonic Corporation Purchases CORE Flash™ Portfolio License

CUPERTINO, California – January 29, 2013 – Alliacense today announced that Panasonic Corporation has purchased a license to the CORE Flash™ Portfolio from The TPL Group. Panasonic Corporation is one of the largest electronics product manufacturers in the world. This agreement makes Panasonic Corporation the thirty-eighth company to purchase a CORE Flash Portfolio license, joining a growing roster of global market leaders including Systemax, Inc., Micron Technology, Inc., Transcend, Sabrent, Jasco, ASUStek, Lenovo, and Samsung Electronics.

The CORE Flash Portfolio contains intellectual property that was developed and productized by The TPL Group’s OnSpec Division. The portfolio includes 32 U.S. and international patents and 9 patent applications.
