The agreement makes Merkury Innovations LLC the sixteenth company to purchase a CORE Flash license. Merkury Innovations LLC, located in New York, NY, is a private company that markets high quality digital and video camera accessories.

The CORE Flash Portfolio contains intellectual property that was developed and productized by The TPL Group’s OnSpec Division. The portfolio includes 32 U.S. and international patents and 9 patent applications.
