Fourstar Group Purchases CORE Flash™ Portfolio License

CUPERTINO, California – April 9, 2010 – Alliacense today announced that Fourstar Group USA, Inc. has purchased a license to the CORE Flash™ Patent Portfolio from The TPL Group.  The agreement makes Fourstar the twelfth company to purchase a CORE Flash license. Fourstar Group is an innovative product design company dedicated to leadership in developing, producing and marketing unique products and programs with their partners. Founded in 1975, FSG has grown from a single showroom to a worldwide network with professionals in more than 12 locations.

About the CORE Flash Portfolio

The CORE Flash Portfolio contains intellectual property that was developed and productized by The TPL Group’s OnSpec Division. The portfolio includes 32 U.S. and international patents and 9 patent applications.  CORE Flash Portfolio innovations protect key aspects of flash memory management and control, including software, firmware, hardware, and mechanical designs.  The TPL Group is committed to vigorously enforcing the CORE Flash Portfolio patents against all manufacturers and distributors of infringing flash memory products.
