This agreement makes Aluratek, Inc. the twenty-third company to purchase a CORE Flash Portfolio license, joining a growing roster of global market leaders including Lenovo, Asustek, Belkin, Lexmark and Philips.

The CORE Flash Portfolio contains intellectual property that was developed and productized by The TPL Group’s OnSpec Division. The portfolio includes 32 U.S. and international patents and 9 patent applications.
